Spring, checking fluids?

I recall someone saying there was a tranny fluid dipstick recently.

I couldn't see it today when I took a quick look.  Is there a dipstick, or
perhaps a fill hole to look into?   Where should I be searching (yes, on the
transmission I know)?  It's time to check the tranny & rear end & steering
box, and...  Ah, spring!

Fluid preferences?

Which site had that great map of the lube points on the body?
