1600 Head Question

I have searched high and low for the answer to the Q below and failed to
find an answer.

The machine shop called and asked me, before he cuts the seats:

"what is the measurement from the top of the head to the tip of the valve"

You know, where the rocker arm depresses the valve. He wants to get the
right geometry.

The winner gets a thank you and is allowed to brag to the List all the tivia
he knows about Roadsters.
