Wheel bearings? and water outlet elbows?

These may be dumb questions, but...

Are new wheel bearings available from NAPA, or the dealer, or am I 
forced to go with the vendors?

Does anybody have the part number for the 240 water outlet elbow that 
replaces those which are cracked on so many U20's by ignorant PO's?
