IMHO:
OuterJackshaft - slight wear but looks new
Crankshaft timing gear - some wear but useable
Inner jackshaft - bad wear, I wouldn't re-use it
Camshaft - real bad wear, I wouldn't re-use it

That is, if I could obtain a new set, I wouldn't re-use those. If you can't
get new ones, that's a different story, and it depends on how hard you run
your engine, and what the condition is of other components. With the chains,
hold them in one hand and see if they stick out relatively straight, or if
they have a bad droop.
