Not the wheels, again

Hi to all,

I am looking into getting some wheels custom made, so I need some advice,

For a 67 1600, what would be the ideal offset to run 15*6.5/205/55/15 and
16*7/205/50/16 ? Is it the same front and rear ?

What is the centre bore for the Datsun hub ?

Let's assume standard height, not lowered...
