need assistance checking out a car in Midland, TX

Hi all, or should I say Y'all,
   I am considering picking up a roadster in Midland, Texas.  I live in the 
SF bay area,
 California and obviously cannot go test drive the car.  I was hoping someone 
on this list lives near Midland, TX and could go check out the car for me.  I 
have no idea where Midland is, it might be near Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.  I 
would really appreciate it if someone lives close by.
