Greetings!
It was a nice sunny, 69 degree day here in Columbia, SC on Sunday. A
pleasant break from the 40s and 50s we seasonally have.
I took old Spunky out for a drive -topless. It felt great. Man, what a sexy
little car! Naturally, the stares were as always. One funny thing though,
there was an MGB in the opposing traffic with his top down. He blew the horn
and I blew back...wondering if he thought he was acknowledging another MG
owner. Both of our cars were red. Hmmm...what the heck. We both knew it was
a great day for a ride in the wind.
It is just wonderful to be alive and to be able to enjoy the simple things
in life and to be associated with the people on this list that share the
same.
Happy New Year my friends. May we all continue in good health and be able to
find the parts to keep these little marvels on the road.
