Interesting thought, but before you invest get out your ruler and measure from
the RIGHT side of the center hump to the right side exterior body wall to see
what the maximum width of a new seat should be. DON'T measure for the left side
and purchase two seats to fit that space. If you do, the right side will not
fit
because the center hump is not in the center of the car. It is an inch or two
to
the right of center. Stand behind the car with the top down and line up the
center line of the trunk lid with the center line of the hood. Then look at
where the center hump is and you will see what I mean.
