Exhaust Manifold Paint

I am replacing the head gasket on my BMW and thought that it might be a good
time to paint my exhaust manifold.  I was wondering if there is anything
decent to use since:

1.  It is rusty
2.  It will remain in the car, so brushing is preferred.

Any ideas?
