Hey all,
After years of talking about it, I am glad to see that some of the vendors
are offering aftermarket U20 Gears and chains. The tensioners still remain
the real sticking point as replicating those will be really difficult.
I saw this on ebay:

Stan Chernoff has a set for sale at a lower price and I tend to believe that
the repro gears will be better quality anyway. Still, if you need it here is
a U20 timing set ready to go. It's got a "buy it now" price that is very
high but you would be all set.
I hope this helps someone get their project going.
