Ebay fraud? cooldude100 ?

There was a guy on Ebay selling a lot of Roadster Parts,  I bid on some, he 
then cancelled the auctions and e mailed me saying he was under investigation 
for fraud.  Sounds fishy to me, anyone else deal with cooldude100 on Ebay?  Did 
he just sell the parts for more?
