Hard Tonneau cover

Hello All,
  I had a thought last night.  Has anybody ever thought about making
a hard cover over the package shelf.  Something like what some of the
early T-birds had? Flush with the rear deck but two swoops that go up
to just behind the headrests?  Just a thought.
