Yes there's a pinion seal in there. All you need to do is remove the driveshaft. You'll also need an impact gun - trust me, it's the easiest way. You'll also need a seal puller of some sort and a way to seat the seal although after an initial seating I used the pinion to drive it home if I'm not mistaken.
