Does anyone out there have an original T-shaped breather pipe on the inside
of their Solex air cleaner housing? They are no longer available to buy so I
wanted to cut one from an SU breather pipe. The SU breather pipe is wider
and bent at the ends. What I needed to now is when the inner breather pipe is
installed, how is it positioned to the inner velocity stacks? Do the ends of
the breather pipe end where the velocity stack begins or does the breather pipe
end in the middle of the velocity stack? Is the breather pipe ends cut at an
angle? Any description and dimensions of the solex T-shaped breather pipe
would be greatly appreciated.
