For a factory, or factory copy, roll bar there are holes behind each seat on
the sloping surface that have captive nuts already installed on a
reinforcing plate.
If you are bolting to the floor of the rear deck you will need to get under
the car and check for clearances. It is pretty open under there, but you
should check for yourself anyway.
