Watch out you maniac's the Chippy's are out there.
My brother in law (Chuck Rush) called from just north of Redding and
said the CHP is all over the construction zones through the mountains
from Dunsmuir south, trying to balance that state budget and keep
construction workers alive....... He said northbound looked about the
same. He saw nothing from the border to Shasta..... but by tomorrow, who
knows.....
Let's be careful out there......
