I have the original shop manual for SPL/SRL 311's. If you'ld like, I can
scan the pages that deal with the transmission and JPG/Email them to you.

Hi Listers, I'm getting ready to crack open my 5spd tranny from my '69
2000. Since I have never had this experience, I thought I'd ask for any
helpful advice, words of caution, or words of wisdom that will help make
this a successful endeavor. I plan on checking for the 5th gear neutral fix

and to generally aprise myself of it's condition. I was not having any
problems, other than some seals leaking and a little sloppiness shifting.
Does any body have one of those "dont ask me how I know" stories on this
project??? thanks in advance Pat Mahoney '69 2000x2 p.s. I have a
Clymer manual that gives some procedures, any other resources out there?
