speedo gear

My speedo reads high.
It says I'm doing 90 mph when I'm actually going 60 mph.
It is a 4 speed with 3.9 rear end and 185/60 tires.
I have a 16 tooth speedo gear. At 10% change per tooth I calculate I need to
go to a #32703-14816 20 tooth gear.
Does anybody have one of these? Is there another solution to my problem.
