day-night mirror questions

could someone who has a day-night mirror they know is original let me know
if the correct head for the mirror has Everwing on it like the standard
mirrors or send me a picture of the mirror? I want to make sure the head on
my day-night mirror isn't just an aftermarket piece on the original stalk.
mine does not say Everwing on it. and does the tab to change from day to
night push forward and backward or is it supposed to be a rotate it 180
degrees type tab?
