67.5 shifter console plate for 5-speed

Greeting everyone,
I have been off the list for sometime due to various reason.
My 67.5 has been on hold for nearly 2 years but it was painted
black with a red interior.  What a coincidence Andrew.  :-)
I need to know if someone has a 5 speed shifter plate for the 67.5.
Not just the decal, but the whole thing that goes around the shifter.
I could use one.  If one is available, please e-mail me direct.
