| Subject: | Packing rear bearings |

Hi Guys, After pulling the rear axles and cleaning and inspecting bearings, I'm ready to re-assemble. I did not remove the bearing collars or bearings because they seemed to be in good shape. I had flushed out the old grease. Now, I've got a needle grease injector which works great for greasing the bearings. My question is: Do I need to grease or pack the outer seal retainer or the interior of the bearing housing in axle? Thanks, Mike H. 67-1600 |
