Just checking to make sure my earlier post has made its way through
cyberspace......I'm in Dallas Texas and am looking for a clean restored
(or low mileage) 2000 or even a slight resto-mod (at least with regard
to the mechanicals. I would like the car to look original). Beyond
that, the perfect car would have Panasport or Minilite wheels, probably
the SU carbs and B cam (I want a car that runs pretty smooth has some
low-end torque to it, but still has lots of power.
As far as color; blue-silver would be my top choice but I also like red,
the pale yellow, and white.
Yep, I'm being picky, but I'm in no hurry to get a car. In the past
I've bought other interesting cars rather impulsively and the results
have sometimes turned out well and sometimes not so well. This time I'm
going to go slow, do my due diligence research, and be just the right
car.
