You can easily modify a 1600 mount to fit by opening the mounting holes in the mount. I have a 1600 and 2000 mount and they are identical except the 2000 has larger holes. 1600 mounts are still available new. Prior to using a used tranny mount inspect it as many were savaged by oil causing the rubber to deteriorate and soften. I had to throw several out for this reason. Mike |
