U-20 distributor oil hose question

Does anyone know a source for the oil hose that lubes the distributor shaft on
the 1968 U-20?  It's the one with the restrictor end on the engine side (not
the brake line type fitting).  Rallye's web site has a big write-up on how they
are no longer available.  Mine's still okay, but I would like to replace it
along with the engine rebuild.

Also, thanks to all for answers re the jackshaft bearing question.
