a little shameless self-promotion :-)
have an early set of Solexes complete with manifold, water tube, linkage
stuff starting 1pm PST tomorrow. came off a running car about 3 months ago,
see description. throttle shafts feel tight, look like they may have been
rebuilt probably when they were added to the car they came on starting at
$100 with a buy it now of $850. will include the fuel "T" fitting free if
purchased at the buy it now price.
also starting a 69 Austin Healy Sprite with 45k miles at $500...... buy it
now on that one is 3k. headed down to Columbus Georgia tomorrow by way of
Chattanooga Tennessee. anyone along the way need any parts? or if anyone on
the way back wants a roadster....66 1600 with 2L and 5spd, 280ZX turbo
wheels... a project but body looks to be pretty solid... for a grand or
thereabouts. nice hardtop is negotiable. I got a good deal on it- sat down
at the computer and it had just come up for sale a few minutes before with a
$400 buy it now. just looking to make a fair and reasonable profit for my
efforts. it's a 1400 mile round trip :-( really don't mind if it comes all
the way home with me either.
