You possibly have the + battery cable touching the starter pole thus bypassing the solenoid. My neighbor hooked up his Chevy truck starter and din't get the cables on right. The + from the battery would sometimes contact the + to the starter and the thing would try to start all the time. You may also have a broken ignition switch, bad solenoid, or the + wire could be touching the solenoid pole. Good luck, Andy |
