Carb Connecting Link Rod - 66 SPL311

Hi Group,
I get so close to having the roadster on the road and then something else 
breaks - this time it is the end of the carb connecting link rod broke off.  

Does anyone know if there is something I can use as a replacement that would 
be readily available?  Does anyone have a spare that they can part with even 
temporarily?  
 
I've got 5 days until Carlisle.
