Gauges keep gioing out

Hi Everybody,


    My 1969 1600 amp meter, fuel gage, and temp gauge keep going out while I
am driving.  When I stop the car and restart the gages come back for awhile.
Any clues on why this is happening would be appreciated.  My fuel gage when
operating is always inaccurate I can just have filled up and the gage will say
it is at 3/4 tank,  it never goes below 1/2 tank any trouble shooting tips on
this would also be appreciated.
