Hi Datsun guys!
Thanks to those who gave me a thumbs up on RA needles. I joined the
RA fan club myself today and I've got to put the word out to all of you with
U20's to do the same. It's the best performance mod you can do for about
$33.85.
Sure your'e going to spend a bit more on gas but I'm telling you it's a real
kick in the pants. Where I used to struggle pushing 6,000 rpms is a breeze now
and it's very torquey through out the power band. It really woke it up, it's
like a new car now. My N17 and N25 are shelved forever, you will never want to
go back to them again. I am running the car at 20 degrees advance as the
solex cars do.
I purchased the needles from Ztherapy and they tell me that all U20
SU's that are rebuilt and rebushed leave their shop with RA's unless of course
you request another I guess. These guys do know what they are doing. It's just
amazing what potential these U20's have had all along. I wonder now how it
would stack up against a Solex car.
