fenders

A question for roadster listers can a fender from a 67-70 be modified 
to fit a 64?

If not, does anyone have any info about fenders for a 64  cost?  
location?  I have a friend who has a 64 which had an unfortunate 
encounter of the bump kind last fall.  He would like to replace the 
front fenders --- both sides or the driver's side for sure.  We are 
located in Winnipeg,  Canada 600 miles north of Minneapolis.  Please
