Ansen Uni-Lug inserts

Just picked up a set of 13 x 5.5 Ansen Sprint D-Slot alloy wheels that use
the uni-lug (I think) inserts. Figured I'd see if anyone has, or knows where
I can get, the inserts for the 4 1/2 inch bolt circle used on the Dimes,
Roadsters, etc., before I look into having some fabbed at a machine shop.
