Hello all,
During the removal of my drivers door I was fortunate enough to snap 7 of the
8 bolt heads that hold the door hinge
onto the A pillar (i think thats what it's called).

I even prepared the removal by soaking the bolts as best as possible with
penetrating oil because I broke one off
of the passenger side.

So, now here I am trying to figure out how to fix/remove the 7 bolts. I used
ez bolt remover but this proved
worthless.
Then, I decided to drill through the bolts with a 1/16 drill bit and
progressively increased the size of the bit til I removed
most of the bolt. The problem with this is that it was impossible to get
perfectly centered and now I've drilled the threads on the plate in the
pillar.

My question to anyone who has experienced this: What is the best way to fix
this?
Should I attempt to retap to a larger size?
Should I try and reach inside of the pillar from the inside compartment and
try and "jimmy" a nut into place?

The upper right bolt is impossible to drill out because the body blocks any
attempt at drilling it.

Any help would be most appreciated.
Sorry for the long post.

Cheers!
