Hazard switch source?

Hi Roadies,
   
  I fried my hazard/flash switch grounding a wire I obviously shouldn't have 
(smoke under console not a good sign!!). Anyone either know the Nissan part 
number, is it available, is there a compatible swap, and/or where I can get the 
replacement? 
   
   I assume my turn signals are now not working because of this, too, possibly?
