[Roadsters] 1600 Header Flange

I am finally getting to building a header for my R stroker engine and was
wondering if anyone knew where I might get a 1/2" thick flange to start with?

Is this something I have to go out and get cut? If so, is anyone else
interested in getting a header flange (part that bolts to the head) for a
1600??
