I don't think it's that Lucy is a dishonest person, just folks trying to
convince her it's worth a lot more. I heard she has it relisted at $5k,
someone told her was worth $4800. I don't agree but she may get lucky. I
gave her the deposit at her full price of $3200, thought we had a deal, had
asked about deposit and if she had a paypal account, she told me yes. after
I sent she e-mailed that we hadn't made a deal after I told her the $$ was
probably an e-check and wouldn't show completed for 3-4 business days.
turned out it went straight to her so she had my deposit money. this morning
I got notice that she'd reversed the transaction and it would take me 3-4
business days to get it back...if she thinks it's worth more than I was
paying her, even though it overheats and has one door whacked and trim strip
off, I wish her good luck. I think she's been given poor input or those
folks didn't see the pix of the door. I would still like to get it for the
$3200 I thought we agreed on but can not pay more, that's all there is to
it. she has not returned my call or e-mail.
