Mates,

I'm not happy with how much slop my upper chain tensioner has at low idle.
I know that some people put spacers on the shaft of the tensioner so to take
up some of this slop.  Two questions:

1) What do people do about low idle tensioner slop?  
2) Does anyone know what the diameter of that shaft is?
3) What materials work well as spacers (oil/heat resistant) and soft enough
that they won't damage the tensioner?
