I just Googled it. Apparently 21503-10W00 was used on various vehicles, but
definitely the Nissan 720 truck w/ Z20 engine.

I was having a problem finding molded radiator hoses for my 1500. I Went to
my local Nissan dealer and showed him the lower hose. He came back with a
real long hose from the stockroom. The bends were correct for the bottom
hose so I bought it.
After getting it home, I cut it to length and installed it. Fit was almost
perfect. Better yet, the left over piece had the correct angle and I was
able to use it for the top hose.
The Nissan part number is 21503-10W00. I believe it's actually for a Nissan
truck.
