A Saw's-all is OK for doing this kind of stuff, though you can quickly wind up with two fender pieces. I don't know what a plasma cutter does to brazing, but it's generally magic for any fussy, controlled cutting. I bought one kind of by accident (needed to return a MIG unit I didn't like, and could only get a credit) but now I wouldn't be without one. |
