    The parking lot at Qualcomm Stadium (Padres, etc.) is used for autocross 
by the SCCA and Porsche club. It is probably your best bet, providing it has 
not already been spoken for by those clubs or an RV show or SWAP meet or a 
professional event (Chargers ???). 

    Racing has been done over the mountains at an old airport and on the 
Island Naval Base. The former is a significant drive. The later requires too 
much setup to be a practical alternative.
