Spitfire gears

Amici-
    Any help in locating 2nd and 3rd gear for Spit 1500 3 rail tranny ?  This 
is the early all syncro tranny.  I just found out why it won't go into 3rd or 
stay in 2nd at high rpm's -  the snap ring let go.  Also what's the suggested 
fix as a replacement for the caged needle bearing that goes between the input 
shaft and main shaft ?
