John, I know a lot of the books say otherwise but when i worked at a TR dealer in the '50s and '60s every car we ordered with O/D came w/a 4:11 rear end. You definitely had to special order a 4:11 in a non O/D car and I don't remember ever seeing one from the factory set up that way. My $.02 worth Doug Ross Rosebud Racecar |
