I need to enlarge the center hole in some new TR4 brake drums to fit over
the Corvair spindle that's on the rear. It looks to be about 1/16" too
small. I'm under the impression that it's important that the hole be
perfectly centered and a tight fit on the hub... is that true? Assuming it
is, is this something that any decent machine shop can do correctly or do I
need a specialist of some kind? Would your typical engine rebuilding shop
be able to do it correctly? Can I do it at home with my trusty die grinder?

Thanks..
Don
