Hi all!

I was thinking about this the other day, and was wondering -- would it
make any difference on a specific track to have the same rear end ratio
in different cars? Say a TR4 and a Spitfire (Tristan weighs about 1500
lbs and a race-prepped TR4 must weigh a decent bit more)? Would the
differences in power and weight between those two cars make any
difference in the performance of the rear end on that specific track?
Would it make sense for best results on that specific track to have a
differently-geared rear end in each car (using only available diff
ratios)?

This is probably a real newbie question, but it got me to wondering...

Speaking of diff ratios -- what diff would you guys recommend for
Mid-Ohio?

Thanks!

Keep Triumphing,
Susan :)
