I got some "make your own" MSD wires at the local speed shop intended for 
some kind of American V-8.  The spark plug end is molded on, but you cut to 
fit and crimp on the distributor end (or shove in the hole and screw into 
the conductor for a TR-3/4 dist. cap).  Seem high quality and quite 
flexible.  $40 - $50 for 8 wires / 2 sets for the four bangers.
