When I left Texas World Speedway on Sunday it was 75 degrees and sunny - beautiful racing weather. When I got back to Tulsa it was 17 degrees with 8 inches of new snow. I've got an uphill driveway. No problem for the modern cars, but the TR3 with Hoosier Vintage TDs was absoluletly hopeless. Today, I spent 3 hours with a come-a-long getting the damn thing back in the garage. If you think Hoosiers are bad in the rain, just try them in snow! Larry Young |
