Where is he located....most states have a system for lost/non-existent
titles - Although it is best not to get too deep into the bureaucratic
abyss.
My problem is lost number plate/no title but I know it was registered in
Tennessee at one time. Anyone out there have a commission number plate I
can use??

the title down through the state DMV (where he bought it, apparently)
