So we've had a lot of talk about Glacier, Vandervel, Clevite, and the other
manufacturers all owned by the same company...

what can anybody tell me about ACL bearings? I have a set in the spitright
now. The first set I ran went through 2 school weekends and a 2 regional
races at 8K max rpm and look good when I took them out. The new set that is
in the car have one regional weekend on them and look like they weren't in
the engine.

I think I read that ACL didn't discontinue the tri-metal construction until
2003, and manufacture dates are 26JA00 on the mains and 05JU01 for the rods.
and p/n's are 2407 for main 2406 for rods, large crank motor, so same as
GT6/TR6.
