I suspect you had to hoist the chassis to the sky and energize it  with some
electrons after resurrecting bits an pieces of some non-viable remnants...
some make up and ...IT LIVES>

Way too symbolic.  Scary.  Can't wait to the masses scream with fear and awe
at its sight.
