That would be the Technical Talk collection from Triumph Register of
Southern California (TRSC).  I'm pretty sure the frame gusset locations were
in volume 3 (which is where most of the racing stuff is).

I'm not sure if Vol 3 (or 1 & 2 for that matter) are still available, but
I've cc'd Alexa Hamilton, who should know if they're available and who to
contact if they are.

If Vol #3 is no longer available through the club, let me know and I'll get
you a computer copy of it.  Last I heard there were still several printed
copies available, but the club had no plans to make more when they are gone.
