Mitty Registration

OK, I'm getting ready to send in my registration and I'm confused about what
to sign up for.  I think there was discussion a while ago, but I forgot!

Obviously I register for the MG/TR Group @ $345.  The MG/TR Group registration
says it includes practice sessions.  Is this two practice sessions a day which
is what we normally get in a race weekend?  What do you get if you pay for the
HSR Dash Race at another $125?
